Born in 1995, my athletic journey kicked off at the tender age of 5 when I laced up my soccer cleats for the first time. Early on, my drive and performance-oriented mindset set me apart from the crowd. I was fortunate enough to receive coaching from the esteemed German Soccer Association for nearly 1 ½ years, refining my goalkeeping skills and deepening my understanding of the game at a young age. This way, I was able to learn about competitive mindset, nutrition as a fundamental part of success in sports and how to overcome mental challenges arising when setting yourself high goals in sports.
⚽ **From Fields to Fitness**
My journey didn’t stop at soccer fields; it evolved into a passion for overall fitness. At 17, I stepped into a local gym near my home, igniting a newfound love for weightlifting and training. Fuelled by an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, I embarked on a path of self-study, immersing myself in the intricacies of nutrition, exercise science of traditional bodybuilding, and holistic wellness. Nowadays my drive for optimisation does not stop in the gym or the kitchen. I am educating myself on a daily basis about peak-performance mindset and coaching as well as how to manipulate the human body to regenerate faster, so it can outperform yesterday‘s records even faster.
🥦 **Nutrition as a Lifestyle**
My commitment to excellence led me to embrace a vegan lifestyle since 2018, a decision rooted in ethics but more important a pursuit of optimal health. With this shift, I’ve gained 100% control over my body weight, gained another 4kg of lean muscle, got rid of hunger-periods and sugar-craving attacks and hence can truly say I am not missing eg. meat at all in my daily life. It’s not that I don’t like meat or cheese anymore, it’s just that no steak or cheddar on earth tastes as good as fuelling your body with the right things to become a better version of itself. Not only have I transformed my body but also discovered the power of clean, sustainable nutrition. Additionally, I made the conscious choice to bid farewell to alcohol, a testament to my unwavering dedication to well-rounded health. But don‘t be fooled here: you don‘t have to eat or drink the same things as I do and still be fit and healthy – let‘s tailor-make a nutrition plan that suits your lifestyle!

At present, I proudly maintain a body fat percentage of below 10% each season, showcasing the tangible results of my unwavering dedication. As of 2023, my lean physique weighs in at 94kg, while my off-season weight stands at 104kg – a testament to the possibilities that await when you commit to your wellbeing.
